Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial: cancel before it ends and you are never charged. After the trial, web payments are non-refundable (earlier subscriptions: see section 1). You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. App-store purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies.

1. Your 7-day free trial is the risk-free window

Every Gamifest plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. Once the trial ends and your subscription begins, web payments — including renewals — are non-refundable and are not prorated. The trial is available once per person; if you are not eligible for a trial, your first payment is charged at checkout and is non-refundable.

If you signed up (including starting a free trial) before September 28, 2026, you keep the refund terms you were sold under: any web payment on that subscription, including renewals, is eligible for a full refund when requested within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.

2. Who refunds your purchase

The answer depends on where you bought your subscription, because the channels have different sellers:

Bought on the web (through gamifest.ai or a Gamifest checkout page) — GAGING.AI Inc is the merchant of record and issues the refund, processed through the provider you paid with (Stripe or PayPal).
Bought inside an app store — Apple or Google is the seller of record and handles the refund under that store’s policy.

3. How web billing works

Web purchases of Gamifest are sold by GAGING.AI Inc as the merchant of record, with payments processed by Stripe or PayPal, depending on the payment method you choose at checkout. The provider takes the payment and issues your receipt on our behalf. Charges processed by Stripe appear as GAMIFEST on your statement, and PayPal payments appear in your PayPal account activity. We never receive or store your full card number. Because GAGING.AI Inc is the merchant, we issue any refund owed on a web purchase (under the earlier-subscription terms in section 1 or your statutory rights) directly.

4. How to cancel, and refunds for earlier subscriptions

You can cancel a web subscription at any time. If you paid by card or another method through Stripe, cancel from our billing portal. If you paid with PayPal, cancel in your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments. Either way, you can also cancel by emailing support@gamifest.ai. Cancelling stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.

If you signed up (including starting a free trial) before September 28, 2026 and a web payment on that subscription, including a renewal, was made within the last 7 calendar days, email us at support@gamifest.ai with the email address on your account and, if you have it, your receipt or transaction reference. A real person will refund that payment in full.

5. App-store purchases

A subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play is a transaction between you and that store. Request a refund through Apple’s “Report a Problem” flow or your Apple purchase history, or through Google Play’s order history and refund request form; the store’s own terms and refund policy govern it. GAGING.AI Inc cannot issue an app-store refund directly.

6. Free trials, renewals & avoiding a charge

Every Gamifest plan includes a 7-day free trial, and cancelling before the trial ends means you are never charged. After that, a subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal. Web payments made after the trial are non-refundable and not prorated (if you signed up, including starting a free trial, before September 28, 2026, you keep the 7-day refund described in section 1); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. 7. Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live, including any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation period. Those rights apply in addition to the routes described above, and they are unaffected by anything in this policy or in our Terms of Service.
